Sara played the primary role in the rebranding of River Island and their new Denim Studio between 2010 and 2013. Sara headed up buying and product development across departments and created new strategies in product development and global manufacturing that saw manufacturers push the boundaries of quality and innovation, delivering standout collections and significant bottom line growth.

By completing a 360-degree strategic review including marketing, branding, retail experience, digital experience, fit, key style and launching new products including the Molly jean, Sara turned River Island into one of the UK’s top 3 retailers for jeans and doubled its sales.
